Two Furs Rescue
At Two Furs, our mission is to provide a safe haven for orphaned and abandoned kittens in Lake County, Illinois. We foster these vulnerable lives with love and compassion, matching them with forever families through responsible adoption. Additionally, through our Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR) initiatives, we aim to improve the lives of community cats and promote a better future for both the cats and the communities we serve.

As experienced kitten fosters, we started Two Furs Rescue to focus on helping kittens and community cats in the Northern Lake County Illinois area.
Adoptions
Our policy is to only adopt kittens in pairs when under six months of age. Kittens may be adopted out in singles to homes with other cat friends.
Trap-Neuter-Return
The TNR initiative allows us to help Trap, Fix, and Return the cats to their communities, thus preventing unwanted kittens born outside.
Donate
We will rely on donations to feed, house and vaccinate our kittens in foster homes. Donated funds will also allow us to TNR at a lower cost.
